How to Get Support

If you have gone through the documentation and still have a problem with FluentBoards, our support team at WPManageNinja is here to help. This guide shows you where to reach us and what to include so your issue gets solved quickly.

Before You Open a Ticket

A few quick checks solve most issues in minutes:

  • Update everything. Make sure FluentBoards, FluentBoards Pro, and WordPress are all on the latest version. Check the Changelog to see if your issue is already fixed.
  • Check the module is enabled. Many features live behind a toggle. Go to FluentBoards Settings and select Features & Modules to confirm the feature is turned on.
  • Look for a plugin conflict. Deactivate your other plugins one by one and switch to a default theme. If the problem disappears, you have found the cause.
  • Clear your cache. Clear your caching plugin and your browser cache, then reload the page.

Where to Get Help

Whether you use FluentBoards Free or FluentBoards Pro, go to the WPManageNinja Support Portal and open a ticket. This is the primary channel for FluentBoards support, and our team answers free and Pro tickets there.

Community and Feature Requests

Want to suggest a new feature or vote on one? Head to the FluentBoards Community to share your ideas. You can also follow what we are building next on the public Roadmap.

Submitting a Support Ticket

Follow these simple steps to open a ticket:

  1. Go to the WPManageNinja Support Portal.
  2. Log in to your WPManageNinja account.
  3. Select the Support Tickets section.
  4. Click on the Create a New Ticket button.
  5. Choose FluentBoards as the product, then describe your issue and click Submit.

What to Include in Your Ticket

The more context you give us, the faster we can help. Please include:

  • A clear description of the problem. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Steps to reproduce. List the exact clicks that lead to the issue, so we can see it ourselves.
  • Screenshots or a screen recording. A short recording of the problem is the single most helpful thing you can send.
  • Any error messages. Copy the text of any error you see on screen or in your WordPress debug log.
  • Your WordPress version and PHP version. You will find both under Tools → Site Health → Info.
  • Your FluentBoards version, and your FluentBoards Pro version if you use it.

Details That Help Us Most

FluentBoards has a lot of moving parts, so these details save a round of back-and-forth:

  • Where it happens. Name the Board and Task, and tell us whether you saw it in the WordPress dashboard or the Frontend Portal.
  • Which view. Let us know if the issue appears in the Kanban, List, Table, Calendar, or Gantt view.
  • Your role on the board. Tell us whether you are an Admin, Manager, or Member, especially for permission issues.
  • The connected plugin. For integration issues, include the name and version of the other plugin, such as Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, or FluentSupport.
  • Your storage provider. For attachment or upload issues, tell us if you use Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze, or DigitalOcean.
  • Your import file. For migration issues, mention whether you imported from Trello, Asana, or a FluentBoards export.

Tip: You will find your plugin versions under Plugins → Installed Plugins. Your license details are in FluentBoards Settings → License Management. To learn more, check out the License Activation guide.

What Happens Next

Our support team works during regular business hours, Sunday through Thursday. You will get a reply by email as soon as your ticket is reviewed. Please keep the conversation in the same ticket, so all the details stay in one place.

We are committed to helping you succeed with FluentBoards!
